The Official
Army Register is a searchable record of all volunteer forces in
the American Civil War. The books give a great number of details
about who served and their ranks, who suffered casualties, who died
and who was discharged. This series is a great Civil War genealogical
resource.
Please note
that this massive resource only details officers, chaplains and
surgeons. Also please note that Volume 8 - Territorial Troops is
not available so it is not in this collection.
